Common symptoms of (SAD):
SAD is a type of depression, so the symptoms look similar to depression symptoms, and can include:
Denial: This can't be happening.
Anger: Why? Who is to blame?
Bargaining: Make this not happen, then I will__.
Depression: I'm too sad to do anything.
Acceptance: "I'm at peace with what happened."

GUD GRIEF operates in the family and entertainment industry with the belief that laughter is good for the soul. We provide grief support through various avenues, including counseling, pastoral services, comedy shows, and other events. As a multifaceted individual—wife, mother of five, author, comedian, musician, and entertainer—I seek to use humor and faith-based resources to help individuals cope with grief and inspire them to have faith over fear in life's journey.
On the "GUD GRIEF Mourning Show," I provide comedic relief while conveying my message to the viewers. The community we serve is grappling with significant challenges, including violence, death, and sorrow. Despite the availability of programs for substance abuse, the issue of grief often goes unaddressed. In light of this, our organization endeavors to motivate and support individuals through faith-based products, podcasts, novels, and other mediums.
I am passionate about uplifting my community during the stages of grief. After losing my father in 2022, it took a village to keep me going. The acts of kindness and support from friends, family, and local business owners enabled me to lay my father to rest. GUD GRIEF offers some amazing resources as we believe a healed community.... is a happy community.
"I'm motivated more than ever to encourage, uplift, and inspire individuals dealing with grief. Everyday is a journey and we can take it together. One step at a time, one minute at a time, one day at a time."
Are you planning a special event? Are you in need of a host/emcee? Send me a message about your plans, and I will get back to you soon!
